Center Tasks
- Vocational guidance and training for students of the University in the interests of Gazprom Neft PJSC;
- creating conditions for the development of talented youth and involving them in engineering activities, research and development work at the REC "Gazprom Neft - UGNTU" in the direction of "ERA";
- implementation of the emerging innovative potential of the Center in the area of interests of Gazprom Neft PJSC;
- development of cooperation with universities, scientific, design, production and educational centers, companies engaged in work in the field of the oil and gas complex;
- Engagement of the faculty of the University and researchers, specialists of Gazprom Neft PJSC in research work and educational activities.
Equipment
- 15 individual study and work places for students;
- 1 supercomputer for complex mathematical calculations;
- 2 multimedia zones: coworking zone with smart-board and video conferencing system; an interactive zone for demonstrating educational materials, broadcasting calculation results and presentations by invited speakers.

Implementation of the master's program "Administration and management of digital projects in the oil industry"
IEC100
The master's program was developed at the request of Gazprom Neft PJSC in order to train unique specialists for the company with competencies in related fields of knowledge:
- management;
- oil and gas business;
- project management;
- digital technologies.
The program is being implemented jointly with PJSC Gazprom Neft, leading specialists of the company and invited experts take part in the educational process. Graduates of the program have a priority right to employment in the company.
